Frost is a New Zealand White doe who is one of the two survivors of Strawberry’s litter of ten. The rest of the litter and Strawberry herself succumbed to RHD just after the babies turned ten weeks. We vaccinated them all as soon as we realised the disease was present but it was too late for most of them. We had thought we were going to lose them all so we look upon these two as a blessing and they will always be very special to us.

Frost is the larger and more dominant of the two. She tends to take the lead but her sister is never far behind. When we introduced them to Hector she made the first move but was happy to share with her sister.

They now live in one  of the big hutches with a run on the bank and have great fun working on their diggings when they aren’t snuggling with their toy boy Hector.
