  1. Chop the ginger, chilis and onions

  4. After about five minutes the carrots will have started to soften. Stir well and add the cauliflower. Add the chili powder and ground spices sprinkled over the cauliflower, stir and replace the lid.

  5. After another five minutes stir and then add the spinach on top. It will fit! Replace the lid and let it wilt, again this takes about five minutes.

  6. Once the spinach has wilted stir in and add the butter beans and some salt if they were in unsalted water. Replace the lid and heat through until bubbling.
